  • How Do I Make an Order?

Find your favorite GETSTRONG Gear on any product page, add them to your cart (see upper right of your screen) and checkout. That's it, it's easy!

  • Where is My Confirmation Email?

GETSTRONG automatically sends you a confirmation email about the details of your orders and the estimated delivery date. If you did not receive one, don't worry! You can try these instead:

  1. Check the spam folder of your email account
  2. Check your Paypal transaction history
  3. Or, you may contact us so we can send you an email with your order history
  • What are Campaigns?

Campaigns are limited edition products sold for a specific amount of time, and will only be available for ordering for that time frame. This is what makes GETSTRONG special. You won't have to worry about running into someone with the same gear as yours.

  • Where is My Receipt?

Your GETSTRONG invoice is sent to you via email, and will serve as your receipt when you make an order.

  • What Type of Payment Do You Accept?

On Checkout, you may pay with your Credit Card, Paypal account or Bitcoin.

  • How Many Orders Can I Make?

As long as there is an active campaign for the gear you want, you may place an order – as many as you like. Once the campaign is up, you will no longer be able to do so.

  • What Happens After I Place My Order?

We will be sending you a confirmation email along with delivery details.

  • What is Your Guarantee?

GETSTRONG offers 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee on all its items to make sure that we deliver high-quality products all the time. If the goods you receive are flawed otherwise, we offer our customers a 365-day guarantee where we will be sending in a replacement in six (6) business days at no additional costs. All digital and downloadable products have a 30 day gaurantee.

  • Can I Send My Order as a Gift? 

ABSOLUTELY! Simply fill in the recipient's name and address in the shipping information field.

  • Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Yes! once you spend $75 or more at our store, you qualify for Free Shipping.

  • How Do I Track My Order?

We will be providing you with a unique tracking number that you can use to track your shipment. 

Please take note that the expected delivery date is provided by the courier, and is subject to change. For questions about the status of your shipment, please contact the courier directly. Their contact information will be on your package tracking page. 

  • What is Your Refund Policy?

GETSTRONG is committed to making sure that each customer is happy with a purchase. Please contact us and we will be glad to make things right for you!

  • What is Your Return Policy?

We don't want to give you more hassles. When there is a mistake on our part, we simply send you the right merchandise without asking you to return the wrong item you've received. You don't have to spend a dime and shipping is totally on us!

You may also ask for a GETSTRONG credit that you can use on your next purchase if you don't want us to send you a replacement. 

III. Issues

  • Wrong Item Received

If you have received an order with the wrong size and/or design – please send us a photo of your order with your order ID and we will use that information to correct your order.

  • Damaged Item

Please send us a photograph with your order ID and we will use this information to correct your order.

  • Missing Orders           
If you have not received all of your orders, please send us your order ID and the tracking number to help us locate your item.
  • Double Billing

If you ordered one item only and is double-billed, please send us your order ID for us to review and issue a refund.

  • Unauthorized Charge

We advise you to contact your local bank for the unauthorized charges which may have been caused by fraud or identity theft. We will be giving you a full refund for this.

Please take note that if you have paid using a credit or debit card, the amount may take 30 days to appear on your statement. If you have paid with a bank account or a Paypal balance, the amount will be credited back immediately to your Paypal balance – showing the original amount and the currency used for the payment. In some cases, you may see a PENDING status which means that we have already issued the full refund and it will take 3-5 days for this to reflect on your Paypal account.
